I appreciated the functional rooms with nice views. The bathroom was absolutely clean and it had a shower and a tub for my convenience. Everything was simply excellent...
The staff were not particularly welcoming, didn't expect that coming.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were affable and accommodating, location was favourable so close to a park with trees. Location: the venue was just off public transport, CBD and restaurants. Stopped by Scootz Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend. The service was all in all good. I had access to reasonably priced parking, great pool.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room with a good desk space, perfect for business travelers. The location is also very convenient, on the edge of the CBD, making it easy to explore the main area of the city.
All was satisfactory.

Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Large room, very comfortable beds. Having a bath in my room (it's great to relax in after shopping and sightseeing) Good facilities.
Slightly shabby in parts. Cheaper acommodation on lower floor has worn carpet. Some seats on the upholsterd dining chairs in the Steak House restaurant were soiled.

Responsive and friendly staff, inviting pool. Enormous and comfortable bed. Beautiful night, enjoyed bar. Tired hotel, but comfy stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great and the availability of off street parking is a winner.
Being told that we were upgraded to a spa bath and finding that it was out of order.
